Using nature's 5 elements (ether, air, fire, water, & earth), 3 basic constitutional types are derived that help provide insight about you as a person, your health issues, and all other aspects of life. Knowledge of your basic constitution can aid in your understanding of the different ways to bring your health back into balance again. This workshop will cover gentle ways to detox that can be simple, fun and very beneficial. You will learn how to detox using easily accessible herbs, which you can include on a day-to-day basis as well.
