Maintaining Digestive Health

Discover what herbs help to maintain good digestive health. Learn about everyday kitchen and garden herbs as well as some medicinal herbs that can be used to help common digestive conditions such as constipation, diarrhea, heartburn, bloating & gas. We will cover key dietary components for a healthy gut. We will discuss which type of herbal preparation (tea, decoctions, or powders) are best for particular conditions. Maintaining a healthy digestive system is key to longevity and good overall health. After all, it all starts in the gut!
Herbs for Cold & flu

Stop that cold in it's tracks! It is no secret that as soon as summer starts winding down, school starts again, the cold & flu makes a come back as well. Learn the key differences between a cold & flu and how to tackle one or the other. Be prepared this year to either completely prevent it or at the very least minimize it by discovering how to boost your immune system! In this workshop you'll learn what herbs and foods are best to prevent and/or minimize the severity and duration of colds & flus We will cover some natural protocols using readily available herbs and natural ingredients that can strengthen your immune system and help keep colds and flus at bay.
