Anusha Smith is a qualified Medical Herbalist with an Honours Degree in Herbal Medicine from the University of Wales. She trained in the UK for 4 years with the Scottish School of Herbal Medicine. She has been helping many beautiful souls heal in many parts of the world, for over 15 years.
For the past 7 years, Anusha has been teaching at Concordia University's City Farm School Herbal Program. She provides workshops and Herb walks and Health talks for the public on occasion. The herb walks cover how to identify, prepare and use readily available herbs and foraging for wild edibles. Herbal walks often take place in local areas. Anusha is also an Aromatherapist (ITEC), Massage Therapist (ITEC), Reiki practitioner, and Quantum Healing Hypnosis Therapist (QHHT) all of which she uses in her practice where applicable.
In her spare time, Anusha loves delving into the immense work that Rudolph Steiner gifted to the world - Anthroposophy (Human Wisdom), gardening using biodynamic methods, researching the quantum universe and how it aligns with the Eastern philosophies which already contain the secrets quantum science is just beginning to discover, cooking nutrient dense foods, baking, pottering in her herbal dispensary, growing, harvesting, and wildcrafting herbs, and sharing her knowledge with anyone who is interested!
